Lola Foods, a proud partner of Bonchon - an international Korean fried chicken brand, is excited to bring our fast-casual dining experience to Jonesboro, Arkansas. We are committed to providing quality food, professional staff, and a clean, welcoming environment. As we prepare for expansion throughout Arkansas, we seek a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager with the potential to grow with our brand.
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Restaurant Manager who can oversee our new Bonchon location in Jonesboro. This role requires a leader who can manage daily operations, maintain high standards of food quality and service, and cultivate a positive team environment. The ideal candidate will possess the skills and ambition to advance their role as we expand to other cities in Arkansas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations Management:
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of service. Implement and maintain quality control procedures for food preparation and service. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Develop staff schedules and manage labor costs effectively.
Customer Service:
Ensure an exceptional dining experience for all guests. Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally. Maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment.
Financial Management:
Manage restaurant budgets, including cost control and revenue growth strategies. Analyze financial reports and implement improvements. Ensure accurate cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
Marketing and Community Engagement:
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the restaurant. Engage with the local community to build brand awareness and loyalty. Identify opportunities for local partnerships and events.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 1-5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-casual setting. Proven track record of managing and developing a team.
Skills:
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office.
Certification:
