Kitchen Manager Benefits Highly competitive compensation up to $70k Significant opportunities for career advancement Comprehensive health insurance options Supportive, team-driven culture—an enjoyable place to work Paid time off / vacation and 401(k) Kitchen Manager Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a Kitchen Manager or Assistant Kitchen Manager in a high-volume, full-service, systems-driven casual to upscale-casual restaurant required Demonstrated leadership skills: approachable, team-oriented, leads by example, and committed to maintaining standards Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-moving environment Track record of maintaining standards, exceeding goals, and building strong team relationships Experience with inventory management and ordering is required Strong commitment to food safety, sanitation, and operational compliance ServSafe certification Kitchen Manager Responsibilities Train, mentor, and lead the team - set high expectations and consistently deliver results Foster positive, respectful relationships with the heart of house team while maintaining accountability - integrity matters Stay actively involved in all areas of the kitchen with constant awareness of operations Uphold high service standards with strong attention to detail Work alongside the team to create outstanding guest experiences every time Ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced, high-volume setting Monitor portion control, recipe consistency, prep completion, and minimize waste
