What You'll Do:

As a Kitchen Manager , you'll run the BOH — leading your restaurant's kitchen, team, and food produced. You'll be responsible for making sure every shift runs smoothly while cultivating a culture that aligns with our mission and values.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop a team of 20-40+ employees Ensure outstanding guest experience with speed, quality, and hospitality Manage daily operations including food safety, scheduling, and inventory Drive sales and control costs to meet and exceed financial goals Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent Uphold all brand standards and ensure compliance with company policies Promote a fun, respectful, and hardworking culture

You Bring:

2+ years of QSR or full-service restaurant kitchen management experience A passion for food, people, and operational excellence Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced environments Experience with P&L, labor controls, and inventory systems A hands-on, can-do attitude Stable job history
