This position is designed for individuals who are eager to develop their leadership skills and gain comprehensive knowledge of restaurant operations. As an Assistant Manager, you will be immersed in various aspects of store management, including customer service, restaurant operations and team development, preparing you for a future leadership role within the company. Duties Assist in daily store operations, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Participate in employee orientation and training programs to foster team development. Engage in recruiting and interviewing potential candidates to build a strong team. Utilize POS systems for cash handling and cashiering duties. Supervise staff performance, providing guidance and feedback to enhance service. Maintain organization within the store environment, ensuring cleanliness and efficient operating practices. Experience Ideal candidates will possess a blend of skills that contribute to effective store management.
Qualifications include:
Proven experience as assistant manager. Focus on customer service excellence. Familiarity with budgeting, time management, and administrative tasks.
