Our ideal GM is both a culture-builder and an operational expert-someone who excels at guest hospitality, team development, financial performance, and maintaining Westside Concepts' standards of excellence. You will be responsible for all day-to-day front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring Cantina Gueros remains a place where guests feel connected, welcomed, and wowed-and where team members feel supported, motivated, and proud to work.
