In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while driving profitability and maintaining high standards of food safety and service excellence. Your leadership will inspire a talented team, foster a positive work environment, and uphold the restaurant's reputation for quality and hospitality. Responsibilities Lead daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, overseeing food preparation, and ensuring smooth shift transitions. Drive sales growth by implementing effective marketing strategies and enhancing customer satisfaction through superior service delivery. Supervise kitchen activities, including food production, culinary standards, and adherence to food safety regulations. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste to maximize profitability. Oversee POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting. Train, develop, and mentor staff members to ensure high performance, proper food handling techniques, and excellent customer service skills. Conduct regular staff interviews, performance evaluations, and manage scheduling to optimize team productivity. Analyze profit and loss statements to identify areas for improvement and implement cost control measures. Ensure compliance with health codes, safety standards, and sanitation procedures across all restaurant operations. Foster a positive team environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Requirements Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants with a strong background in food industry operations. Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and culinary processes. Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills are essential. Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively within casual dining or fine dining environments; previous assistant manager or supervisory experience is preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and manage conflict constructively. Excellent communication skills tailored for managerial roles in hospitality management settings. Familiarity with inventory control practices, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis to support financial health of the restaurant. Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation regulations; certification in food safety is highly desirable. Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with catering or banquet services is a plus; familiarity with beverage operations such as bar or coffee service is beneficial. Join us as our General Manager
