Position:
General Manager
  • About Us:
  • We are a pizza and Italian restaurant with full service dine in , delivery and take out.
  • Hours:
  • Full time, Friday and Saturday required. Must be available during busiest days/hours, including evenings. Flexible scheduling as long as minimum hours, restaurant needs and requirements are met.

  • Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Team Management
  • Accomplish restaurant staffing needs by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training.
  • Provide training to all staff members to maintain store performance and meet business goals.
  • Ensure success of all promotions and specials by communicating with and providing training to staff.
  • Communicate changes in food preparations formulas, standards, etc. to staff. Operations
  • Maintain operations by following our policies and standard operating procedures, aiming for consistent productivity and quality.
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy facility by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures.
  • Attracts patrons by developing and implementing marketing, advertising, and public and community programs as Local Store Marketing.
  • Maintain the exceptional level of customer satisfaction in every aspect of the dining experience for your customers.
  • Maintains patron satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food and beverage service offerings.
  • Enforce that all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed.
  • Maintain professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards.
  • Ensure positive guest service in all areas. Respond to complaints, taking all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests. Financial Management
  • Establish restaurant business plans to meet financial objectives by surveying restaurant demand.
  • Control purchases and inventory.
  • Accomplishes company goals by accepting ownership to accomplish new and different requests.
  • Maintain and organize business records including invoices, payroll files and supply ordering.
  • Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs.
Prerequisites:
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent degree.
  • A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment with experience in supervising staff.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be willing to work in any area of the restaurant including the kitchen when needed and to operate the Point of Sale system.
  • Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday.
  • Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Must have a current Maricopa County Certified Food Protection Manager Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
  • Toast terminal experience preferred, but not required.
  • Computer skills and knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Excel, as well as being comfortable in learning new technologies.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US, will be submitted through E-Verify.
Pay:
From $65,000.00 per year
