Haven Home Management is seeking an experienced, reliable Home Manager for a warm, active household with two young children (ages 4 and 6.5). This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping a home running smoothly, has experience cooking for children, and enjoys creating a calm, organized environment for a busy family. This is a long-term position.

Compensation:

$32-$35/hr via W2 Start date: As soon as possible About the Family This is a friendly family of four who values organization and a clean, comfortable home so they can prioritize spending time together. They're looking for someone dependable who can take ownership of the daily household reset as well as meal prep, bringing a sense of calm to their everyday routine. There is a cat present in the home, but the house manager is not responsible for her care. Daily Responsibilities (each visit) Overall tidy-up - clean up main areas & kitchen/bathroom counters, organize rooms and put toys away in toy bins, tidy entryway and keep shoes organized Sweep/vacuum Laundry - sorted by color, dried immediately to avoid odor Take out trash and recycling Meal prep for the kids: cut fruit, one veggie, one protein, one starch (rice/pasta). Knowledge of food safety for children's meals is required.

Bonus:

ability to also prepare a simple dinner for the parents is a plus, though not required. Prep kids' meals fresh on days the house manager is present, and prep extra for the following day(s) the HM is not working Please note: No pork is allowed in the household. Weekly Responsibilities Change and wash all bedding (linens) Grocery shopping and errands as needed Ideal Candidate Previous experience in household management or professional home care required Strong knowledge of food safety and meal prep for young children Enjoys cooking Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Able to anticipate needs and take initiative without close supervision. This role is best suited for someone comfortable working independently and taking ownership once adapted in the role Trustworthy, discreet, and reliable Comfortable around young children Respectful of household dietary restrictions This role is ideal for someone who values working for a family who is organized, respectful, and easy to communicate with, and who wants a long-term, trusted fit Must have 2+ years of experience in house management or a similar role Must pass background check and provide 2-3 professional references
