Job Overview We are on the lookout for an energetic and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our high-volume, fine dining establishment specializing in cocktails. This role is perfect for a dynamic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. As the driving force behind daily operations, you will oversee everything from staff management and customer service to food quality and safety standards. Your leadership will ensure that every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return, all while maintaining a lively, upscale atmosphere. Responsibilities Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service during busy periods and maintaining high standards of quality and guest satisfaction. Lead, motivate, and train staff across all departments, including food preparation, bartending, serving, and kitchen teams. Oversee food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices to comply with health regulations and uphold the restaurant's reputation. Control inventory levels, manage food and beverage costs, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely stock replenishment. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling, order processing, and sales tracking. Develop staff schedules, conduct interviews for hiring new team members, and implement ongoing training & development programs. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business. Monitor financial performance by managing budgets, analyzing sales data, and identifying opportunities for growth. Requirements Proven management experience in a high-volume restaurant setting with fine dining and cocktail bar exposure. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and food safety protocols. Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential. Excellent leadership skills with experience in staff training, supervision, and team management. Background in food industry in fine dining and strong bar. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences. $99,480.12 - $110,631.97 per year
