70K after initial 3-month probationary period at 65K, with performance based annualized raises.

THE ROLE
As General Manager of one of our fast-paced restaurants, you own the daily operation — from the selection, development, and performance management of your team to inventory, ordering, profitability, and guest satisfaction. You set the tone before the first guest walks in and lead every shift as a performance.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant and make final decisions on matters of guest service Adhere to company standards and service levels to grow sales and minimize food, beverage, supply, utility, and labor costs Accurately maintain daily financial records, including invoices, daily sales records, and employee tip records. Ensure all guests feel welcome and receive responsive, friendly, courteous service per WTG brand standards Maintain an exceptional standard of food and beverage quality Hire, train, and develop hourly team members Regularly review and evaluate the performance of all FOH and BOH employees Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations for food handling, food safety, and alcohol service Participate in monthly and weekly Teams Meetings Maintain and be active on all Restaurant such as OpenTable, Yelp, and Tripleseat.
WHAT YOU BRING
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree or certificate in Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or related field a plus Minimum 5 years in the restaurant industry, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management position Strong understanding of business management and accounting principles Basic understanding of Microsoft Office/365, including Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook. Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and make sound decisions Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Knowledge of local, state, and federal food safety laws; proven ability to lead and motivate a team Fluent in English; second language a plus
Food Handler Card:
Food Handler Certification valid for the state where the restaurant is located (
CA:
food handler card;
AZ:
food handler card;
NV:
food handler safety training card;
UT:
food handler permits).
Alcohol Service:
Valid Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification required.
Bar Smarts:
Required to successfully complete the Basic Level of the Bar Smarts training course, offered by Wild Thyme Group, within the first 60 days of employment.
SERV Safe:
SERV Safe Food Protection Manager Certification is required for all WTG managers and supervisors in foodservice operations.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Able to stand and move throughout the restaurant for extended periods Able to lift heavy objects as needed
