Full Job Description Introduction:

We are seeking a highly skilled and personable Bar Manager to join our team and provide excellent service to our guests. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, show exceptional leadership skills, organization abilities, a familiarity with pricing and inventory, as well as be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Create, prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine Work closely with FOH managers to bring in new products and enhance the current bar program Create a weekly bar schedule along with cleaning schedule Pricing of new items Create featured drinks including mocktails Enhance current bar team communication, cleanliness, personability and knowledge Maintaining a tight inventory Creating an organization protocol for liquor storage Serve both bar guests and floor guests Ability to be creative with the bar program and its execution including social media posts

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years experience as a bar manager or in a similar role at a Restaurant. No Baristas, Please. Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of both wine and spirits Basic math skills Ability to lift 50 lbs or more Bonus if familiar with Toast and Margin's Edge
