Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager to lead our organization. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, develop business strategies, and ensure the achievement of company goals. This leadership role requires strong management skills, industry knowledge, and a focus on driving growth and efficiency. Essential Duties Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth business operations. Lead and motivate teams across departments to achieve organizational objectives. Monitor financial performance and manage budgets to maximize profitability. Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards. Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence. Other Duties Ensures adequate staffing, employee satisfaction, training, development, coaching, and counseling. Maintains exceptional quality standards Creates and modifies the restaurant's menu based on food trends, guest requests, and seasonal availability Develops and reviews employee schedules, purchase requests, purchase orders while keeping within budgeted targets Supports Management Team in setting and reaching goals for the agency. Training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in senior management or executive leadership roles. Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, financial reports, and business metrics.
