Night Shift Manager Shift:

Nights only (3:00 PM - 12:00 AM and 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM)

Availability Requirement:

Must be available for all night closing shifts

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Night Shift Manager to oversee evening and late-night operations, lead staff, and ensure excellent customer service. This role requires strong leadership, cash handling skills, and proven restaurant management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support staff during night and late-night shifts Ensure smooth restaurant operations during closing hours Handle cash, close registers, and complete nightly financial reports Maintain high standards of customer service and food quality Manage shift scheduling, breaks, and coverage as needed Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards Resolve customer concerns and employee issues professionally Ensure proper closing procedures and cleanliness standards are met

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience Strong cash handling and closing experience Previous restaurant experience required Excellent leadership and communication skills Reliable transportation and punctuality Ability to work nights only, including closing shifts (3:00 PM - 12:00 AM and 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM)

Preferred Skills:

Experience with POS systems Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Pay:

$36,400.00 - $56,257.42 per year
