We are looking for a leader who takes pride in developing people, maintaining high standards, and treating the restaurant as if it were their own. Position Summary We are seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager who leads by example, builds accountability, and ensures smooth daily operations. This is not a desk job—you will be actively involved with the team, guests, and restaurant operations every day. The ideal candidate solves problems independently, coaches employees, and creates an environment where both guests and staff enjoy coming to work. Responsibilities Lead and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house employees. Maintain excellent guest satisfaction and resolve customer concerns professionally. Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed correctly. Hold employees accountable for cleanliness, punctuality, and service standards. Create employee schedules and manage labor efficiently. Coordinate breaks in compliance with California labor laws. Train, coach, and develop employees. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked restaurant. Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs. Work closely with ownership to improve operations and guest experience. Enforce company policies fairly and consistently. Step in wherever needed during busy periods. Qualifications 2+ years of restaurant management experience preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent organization and time management. Comfortable giving direction and holding people accountable. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic. Experience with scheduling, labor management, and customer service. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
