  • 4% 401k match, dining privileges, bonus after 1 year Seeking a restaurant manager for a well-loved Italian restaurant.
Qualifications 3 years upscale restaurant management knowledge of Italian wines and cuisine heart of hospitality: warm, genuine, honest Responsibilities Run nightly FOH service. Lead a FOH team across 120-200 covers a night. Handle the FOH admin. Scheduling, interviewing, training, updating POS buttons, and closing out the night. Carry the hospitality and wine program. Keep the guest experience consistent, working alongside the chef and a tenured team.
