This role combines strategic business leadership with hands-on customer engagement to expand parts sales, service revenue, equipment upgrades, retrofits, and customer retention initiatives. The successful candidate will serve as the primary regional leader for Aftersales operations, working closely with customers, service technicians, inside sales, engineering, and operations to maximize equipment uptime, strengthen customer relationships, and drive profitable growth. The position requires a strong commercial mindset, technical aptitude, and the ability to build long-term partnerships within Vecoplan's installed equipment base. Responsibilities align with existing Vecoplan aftermarket leadership and outside sales functions. Responsibilities Regional Business Leadership Lead and grow the Western U.S. Aftersales business. Develop annual territory growth plans and revenue forecasts. Monitor regional sales performance and identify growth opportunities. Support overall profitability and customer satisfaction objectives. Represent Vecoplan professionally throughout the assigned territory. Aftersales Sales Growth Drive sales of OEM parts, wear components, preventive maintenance agreements, field service, upgrades, and retrofits. Develop new business opportunities within the existing installed equipment base. Conduct equipment audits and customer site assessments. Promote lifecycle support solutions that minimize downtime and improve equipment performance. Achieve or exceed established sales and profitability targets. Customer Relationship Management Establish and maintain long-term strategic relationships with customers. Serve as the primary point of contact for key regional accounts. Resolve escalated customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that improve operational efficiency. Maintain a strong customer-first approach in all interactions. Service and Operational Coordination Collaborate closely with Parts, Service, Engineering, Operations, and Sales teams. Support scheduling and coordination of service activities as needed. Provide customer feedback to internal teams to improve products and services. Assist with warranty and performance issue resolution when required. Ensure seamless communication between customers and internal departments. Business Development Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades, modernization projects, and new equipment sales. Support cross-selling efforts between Aftersales and Capital Equipment teams. Participate in trade shows, industry conferences, customer open houses, and networking events. Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Reporting and Administration Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity reports. Develop pipeline reports and regional forecasts. Track customer activity, opportunities, quotations, and revenue performance. Prepare periodic performance updates for leadership.
