Duties:

• Open availabilility to include Opening, closing, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Knowledge in running a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining quality and food standards.
• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the shift
• Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner
• Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and courteous manner
• Collaborate with other shift leaders and management to ensure smooth operations across all shifts
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant and ensure proper set up and breakdown of the entire restaurant including dining room, restrooms, kitchen and prep areas
• Customer service: Greeting customers, taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring customers have a positive experience.
• Make sure all food meets company and HACCP rules and regulations and is super-delicious
• Cash handling: Handling cash, making change, and processing credit and debit card transactions.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a leadership role, such as an assistant manager or shift supervisor, is required
• Knowledge of food safety
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and customers
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during the shift
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the position, including walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling or moving objects up to 55 pounds. Other physical requirements may apply, as reasonably applicable in a standard kitchen/restaurant environment
