This is a unique opportunity to help establish the culture, develop an exceptional team, and create the fast, friendly experience that makes 7 Brew different. You will build a strong team, create an exceptional guest experience, and take ownership of stand performance, staffing, training, inventory, and profitability. What You'll Do Lead all day-to-day stand operations Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team Deliver an exceptional guest experience every day Recruit, hire, train, and develop Brewistas and Shift Leads Drive stand performance, staffing, inventory, and profitability Foster a fun, energetic, and positive culture Lead by example in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Identify opportunities to improve sales, service, and operational performance Develop Shift Leads and other high-potential team members What We're Looking For We're looking for an energetic, hands-on leader who enjoys coaching others, solving problems, and creating a positive workplace where Brewistas and Shift Leads can grow. Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager or equivalent role with full operational responsibility Experience in QSR, restaurant, coffee, fast-casual, or hospitality operations Demonstrated experience hiring, training, coaching, and developing teams Strong operational and financial acumen Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment A hands-on leadership style and passion for developing people Ideal Candidate We're especially interested in leaders with experience in high-performing restaurant, coffee, or drive-thru brands and a proven track record of developing people and building strong teams.
