We are searching for an exceptional General Manager to lead a Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant in Orange County... an opportunity for a hospitality-driven leader who understands that world-class cuisine is only part of what makes a restaurant truly memorable. We are looking for an experienced General Manager or an accomplished Assistant General Manager who is ready for the next step. Someone polished but approachable, confident without ego, and genuinely passionate about taking care of both guests and the people they lead. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on the floor, develops and inspires a strong team, and understands the details and discipline required to deliver exceptional fine dining service consistently. You are organized, calm under pressure, accountable, trustworthy, and able to lead with both high standards and kindness. You will oversee front-of-house operations, mentor and develop the service team, maintain exceptional standards, and help create the kind of guest experience that turns a great dinner into a lasting impression. What We're Looking For Fine dining management experience Current GMs and exceptional AGMs ready to step into a GM role Michelin-starred experience is a plus, but not required A genuine love of hospitality and guest service Polished, mature and professional leadership Strong operational and organizational skills A hands-on leader who develops, motivates and earns the respect of their team Integrity, accountability and an uncompromising commitment to excellence Compensation & Benefits $90,000
