Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction to a team in the restaurant, IRD, mini bar and events Manage operations and finances of business Recruit and train new hires on business practices Drive development of team members Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained Qualifications Passionate about food & beverage and a minimum of 8 years of similar work experience in an upscale luxury environment Minimum 4 years leading a food & beverage team A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus An expert in food & beverage operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance Excels at communication, both verbal and written Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation Perks Free medical, dental, and vision (bi-weekly contribution for dependents only) Free parking up to 18 PTO days per year 9 paid holidays 401(k) match: 100% up to 3% + 50% on 3-5%. discounted stays at Starwood Hotels
