Luxury Resort Restaurant Manager Benefits & Compensation Competitive salary range ($80,000-$110,000) plus bonus program Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance — premiums fully covered for you and your dependents 401(k) with generous company match and contributions Temporary on-site housing available for your first month Relocation assistance (approx. $5,000 based on circumstances) Complimentary weekly golf rounds for you and a guest (value up to $675 each) On-site wellness center (urgent care) Access to employee wellness programs and social events Dining, retail, hotel, and spa privileges Luxury Resort Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 3 years' experience in restaurant management, ideally in a 4- or 5-star resort Strong knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and beverage operations Excellent leadership, organizational, and guest-service skills TIPS certification required Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and POS systems Stable work history (no more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years) High-volume experience (385+ daily covers) Luxury Resort Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills Experience managing union employees Luxury Hotel experience is preferred Outstanding interpersonal skills and composure in challenging situations Luxury Resort Restaurant Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead and actively participate in daily restaurant operations while ensuring five-star service standards Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate staff to promote growth and exceptional performance Manage labor, operating, food, and beverage costs; oversee payroll and inventory control Resolve guest concerns and requests professionally to maintain high satisfaction Collaborate with other resort departments to meet VIP, group, and event needs Ensure ongoing service training and compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol regulations Maintain high standards of housekeeping, maintenance, and equipment quality This is a rare opportunity for a driven hospitality professional to advance their career in a supportive, world-class environment.
