In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and fostering a motivated, well-trained team. Duties Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning while maintaining high standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness. Lead, motivate, and train staff. Manage inventory control processes including food/supply ordering Supervise food preparation and kitchen activities to ensure compliance with food safety standards and uphold culinary excellence. Handle cash management duties such as POS (Point of Sale) system oversight and system maintenance Publish staffing schedules and assist with staffing issues as they arise Monitor customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction; promote a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business. Maintain compliance with health regulations, food safety protocols, and sanitation standards across all restaurant areas. Requirements Proven management experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining establishments with a strong background in food and beer service management. Strong leadership skills with a history of staff training & oversight Familiarity with inventory control practices, budgeting, cost control measures, and food safety regulations. Exceptional customer service skills coupled with effective communication abilities. Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
