Nectarine Grove
  • Leucadia, CA About Us Founded in Encinitas in 2018, Nectarine Grove is a growing quick-service restaurant concept specializing in amazing, from-scratch organic food that is both healthy and incredibly delicious.
We are 100% gluten-free and take pride in making our food, breads, pastries, sauces, and other menu items from scratch. We pride ourselves on maintaining a positive, supportive, and comfortable workplace where teamwork, accountability, and genuine hospitality are at the center of everything we do. Our Leucadia location is our busiest restaurant, with a fast-paced environment, an established team, and a strong foundation of operational systems and standards. If you are an experienced restaurant leader who enjoys working alongside your team, developing people, and taking ownership of a high-volume operation, this is an opportunity to grow with a company that values your contributions. The Role We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Restaurant General Manager to lead our busiest Nectarine Grove location in Leucadia. This is not a desk-management position . We are looking for someone who leads from the front, works alongside their employees, and understands that great restaurant leadership starts with knowing the operation inside and out. Our ideal candidate will come in ready to learn our systems, understand our culture, build relationships with the existing team, and earn their respect through consistency, hard work, and positive leadership. You will oversee all aspects of a high-volume restaurant, including FOH, BOH, staffing, training, financial performance, and guest experience. You should be equally comfortable reviewing a P&L, coaching an employee, working the kitchen line during a rush, or helping the FOH team deliver exceptional hospitality.

Growth Mindset:
Someone who wants to continue learning, improving, and growing professionally within an expanding company. The Leader We're Looking For We aren't looking for someone who simply wants to manage a restaurant. We're looking for someone who wants to lead one. Our ideal General Manager understands that leadership isn't about a title or an office. It's about setting the example, supporting your team, and taking responsibility for the success of the entire restaurant. If the kitchen is overwhelmed, you jump on the line. If food needs to be run, you run it. If an employee needs coaching, you take the time to develop them. If something isn't working, you take ownership of finding a solution. Just as importantly, we want someone who understands the value of learning before leading change. Nectarine Grove has established systems, recipes, procedures, and a team that knows our operation. We want a leader who comes in ready to listen, learn, and understand what makes our restaurant successful before looking for opportunities to improve it. We value leaders who are confident without being arrogant, accountable without being intimidating, and hands-on without micromanaging. Your success will be measured not only by the restaurant's financial performance, but also by the strength of your team, the consistency of our food and service, and your ability to maintain a positive, productive workplace. Why Join Nectarine Grove? Join a growing restaurant company with opportunities for professional advancement. Work with a passionate team committed to quality food and genuine hospitality. Have a meaningful impact on the success of one of our busiest locations. Be part of a company that values hard work, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Help develop the next generation of leaders as our company continues to grow. To Apply If you're an experienced restaurant leader who enjoys the energy of a busy restaurant, believes in leading by example, and is excited to learn and grow with an established team, we'd love to hear from you! Please submit your resume for consideration. We look forward to meeting you and sharing more about Nectarine Grove and the future of our growing company!
