We prep, cook, package & deliver. The schedule is 3 days a week with room for growth. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our culinary team as a kitchen manager & head cook. This role is essential in delivering high-quality food service and ensuring that all dietary needs are met with precision and care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with experience in various aspects of food preparation and service. Duties Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen. Handle food items with care, adhering to all food handling protocols. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and service. Participate in inventory management Support catering events by preparing and serving food as required. Doing dishes & cleaning the kitchen as needed. Skills Proven experience in a dietary department or as a dietary aide is preferred. Strong culinary skills, including cooking techniques and knife skills. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
