Your expertise in fine dining, catering, and food management will be essential to driving excellence across all culinary facets. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the entire kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment Develop and implement creative menus that align with brand standards and customer preferences Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control to ensure consistency and excellence Manage inventory control, food safety protocols, and adherence to health regulations Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with precision and professionalism Monitor kitchen operations during shifts, ensuring smooth workflow and timely service delivery Train staff on culinary techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations Maintain accurate records of food production costs, inventory levels, and staffing schedules Requirements Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining and catering environments Proven supervising experience leading diverse kitchen teams in high-volume settings Knowledge of dietary department standards and dietary accommodations for various needs Expertise in food production, menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen management systems Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff effectively Strong understanding of food safety regulations, HACCP standards, and sanitation practices Experience in food handling, cooking techniques, food service management, and hospitality operations Familiarity with banquet experience, shift management, and restaurant experience preferred Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in food preparation and inventory control Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and service Join us as an Executive Chef/Head Chef to lead our culinary team into a new era of exceptional dining.
