The Summit House Restaurant - Fullerton, California The Summit House Restaurant is seeking a confident but respectful leader who understands that a successful kitchen depends on teamwork, consistency, preparation, and attention to detail. We are looking for someone who leads by example, communicates clearly, maintains high standards, and genuinely cares about the guest experience Qualifications At least 3 years of professional kitchen experience, preferably in an upscale or high-volume restaurant Strong cooking skills and knowledge of proper culinary techniques Proven ability to lead, train, and hold employees accountable Knowledge of inventory management, ordering, food costs, and waste control Current California Food Handler Card required Food Protection Manager Certification preferred Availability of working evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
