Full Job Description Gummy Production Lead Location:

Gardena, CA Pay:

$20.00/hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 1st Shift, 2nd shift We are looking for a Gummy Production Lead to join a vitamin gummy manufacturing company in Gardena. The Production Lead will help oversee daily production activities, assist with the preparation and cooking of gummy products, and make sure production runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Lead and assist the production team with daily gummy manufacturing activities Prepare, mix, and cook gummy batches according to established recipes and procedures Measure and add ingredients accurately Monitor cooking temperatures, mixing times, and batch consistency Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures Ensure production areas and equipment are clean and organized Help train and guide production employees Monitor workflow and make sure production goals are met Complete production and batch records accurately Communicate any quality, equipment, or production issues to management Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, cooking, or a similar environment preferred Previous lead or supervisory experience is a plus Ability to follow recipes, measurements, and production instructions Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical production duties Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Food manufacturing or gummy/candy production experience is a plus

Pay:

$20.00/hour
