Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure consistent, high-quality customer serviceLead and mentor front-of-house and back-of-house staffManage the implementation and training of our new Toast point-of-sale systemHandle reservations, guest relations, and problem-solvingMonitor inventory, costs, and profitabilityMaintain health and safety standardsHelp preserve the character and warmth that defineGlendora ContinentalWhat We're Looking For:
A manager with restaurant experience, strong leadership skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Experience with POS system implementations is a plus. Above all, we need someone who respects our legacy and wants to be part of our team for the long haul.How to
