In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure food safety standards, and drive profitability through exceptional service and efficient management. Your leadership will inspire team members to deliver memorable dining experiences while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all food and beverage operations, including casual dining, fine dining, catering, and bar services, ensuring seamless service delivery. Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food presentation to uphold quality standards and customer satisfaction. Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction to optimize profitability. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, sales tracking, and reporting. Train, develop, and mentor staff on food safety protocols, customer service excellence, and operational procedures. Monitor shift management activities to ensure smooth transitions between teams while maintaining high service standards. Conduct regular staff performance evaluations and participate in interviewing and hiring qualified candidates to build a strong hospitality team. Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings. Enforce food safety regulations and maintain compliance with health department standards through rigorous food handling practices. Foster a positive team environment by providing leadership in managing hospitality teams with effective communication and motivation strategies. Skills Extensive experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management within the food industry. Proven background in restaurant management with supervisory experience in quick service & fast-food or casual dining settings. Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales transactions and reporting. Expertise in inventory control, food safety management, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis. Excellent team management skills with experience in staff training, development, interviewing, and performance coaching. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining high levels of customer service excellence. Familiarity with catering operations, banquet services, bar management, and food production processes. Exceptional managerial communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively. Sound understanding of hospitality principles including managing hospitality teams, shift management, and customer service standards. Basic math skills for inventory calculations, financial analysis, and operational reporting.
