Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team and ensure the smooth operation of our food service establishment. In this role, you will oversee daily kitchen activities, manage staff, maintain high standards of food quality and safety, and drive operational excellence. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver exceptional dining experiences while maintaining efficiency and profitability. Responsibilities Supervise all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring consistency and quality across all menu items Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs Oversee the implementation of food safety standards and sanitation procedures in compliance with health regulations Coordinate shift schedules, manage labor costs, and ensure proper staffing levels for efficient service delivery Requirements Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant management or casual dining environments with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen operations Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management, training, interviewing, and leadership skills Knowledge of food safety management practices, including HACCP standards and sanitation protocols Strong communication skills suitable for managerial roles in hospitality settings; ability to lead teams effectively under pressure Culinary experience with a focus on food production, catering, banquet service or bar operations is highly desirable Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining high standards of customer service and food quality Join us as a Kitchen Manager where your leadership will shape memorable dining experiences!
