West Coast Sourdough in Irvine is looking for an experienced, energetic, and hands-on Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and help drive the continued success of our restaurant. Our ideal candidate is a positive, enthusiastic leader who enjoys developing employees, delivering outstanding hospitality, and taking ownership of restaurant performance. Key Responsibilities Lead daily restaurant operations and deliver exceptional customer service. Hire, train, motivate, and develop a strong team. Manage labor costs, food costs, inventory, and scheduling. Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety. Drive sales, catering, and overall restaurant profitability. Lead by example and foster a positive, team-oriented work environment. Qualifications Minimum 2 to 3 years of restaurant management experience. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience managing labor, inventory, and restaurant operations. Hands-on management style with a passion for hospitality. Fast-casual or quick-service restaurant experience preferred. Training & Opportunity Paid, hands-on training will take place at our existing West Coast Sourdough restaurant in Irvine, California.
