Altitude Trampoline Park Eastvale is looking for an energetic, motivated, and hands-on Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our leadership team. As part of our Eastvale team, you will play an important role in building a strong culture, developing employees, driving membership and party sales, maintaining high safety standards, and creating an exceptional guest experience during both normal and high-volume operations. This is not a desk job. We are looking for a leader who enjoys being on the floor, working alongside the team, driving sales, solving problems, coaching employees, and keeping the park operating at its best. You will help manage a team that includes team leads, court monitors, front desk staff, party hosts, and food-service team members , balancing administrative responsibilities with active floor leadership. What You'll Do:

Lead the Operation Help oversee daily operations of the Eastvale park from opening through closing Take ownership of shifts and lead the team during both normal and high-volume periods Ensure the facility is clean, organized, safe, and guest-ready Monitor staffing and make real-time floor coverage adjustments Monitor guest flow and proactively adjust staffing and operations to reduce bottlenecks during busy periods Ensure attractions, front desk, party areas, and food-service areas operate smoothly Identify operational issues quickly and take action Support opening and closing procedures Drive Memberships, Parties & Revenue Be a leader in membership sales and conversions Coach front desk employees on memberships, upselling, and guest engagement Help grow birthday parties, group events, concessions, and memberships Track daily sales performance and motivate the team to achieve goals Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and repeat visits Create a sales-focused culture without compromising the guest experience Build & Develop a Great Team Lead, coach, and motivate team leads and front-line employees Conduct energetic pre-shift meetings and communicate daily goals Set clear expectations and hold employees accountable Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training Recognize high performers and help develop future leaders Address attendance, performance, and employee issues professionally and promptly Help create a positive, accountable, and high-energy workplace culture Own Safety & Guest Experience Make guest and employee safety the #1 priority Ensure court monitors actively supervise attractions Enforce all Altitude safety policies and operating procedures Respond quickly and professionally to guest concerns Complete incident reports accurately and on time Ensure the park remains clean and organized throughout every shift Create a fun, welcoming, and memorable experience for every guest Support Local Marketing & Community Growth Help execute local promotions and community initiatives in Eastvale Support social media and in-park marketing efforts Help build relationships with local schools, businesses, organizations, and community groups Identify opportunities to increase memberships, parties, group events, and repeat visits Support special events and promotional programs Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate has: 3+ years of leadership or management experience preferred Experience in hospitality, entertainment, family entertainment, restaurants, retail, fitness, or another high-volume customer-facing business Experience directly supervising and developing employees Strong leadership and communication skills A sales-focused mindset , especially memberships, upselling, or recurring revenue Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities Ability to remain calm and make decisions during high-volume periods Strong organizational and time-management skills Basic understanding of marketing and social media Comfort using email, calendars, Microsoft Excel, and other business applications Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to lead from the front Why Join Altitude Eastvale? Do you have experience driving memberships, sales, upselling, parties, or other revenue goals? Are you comfortable actively managing employees and guests from the floor rather than primarily working from an office? Have you been responsible for opening or closing a business, including staffing, cash handling, safety, and operational procedures? Are you available to work Friday evenings, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as required? Are you comfortable with the advertised pay range of $25.00
