The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can manage a team of 8-9 employees, provide excellent customer service, and ensure all corporate standards and procedures are followed.

Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and train team members. Keep employees productive and ensure smooth daily operations. Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and quality standards. Provide friendly, efficient customer service and resolve customer concerns. Follow Dairy Queen corporate policies, procedures, and standards. Manage inventory, supplies, and waste. Maintain a positive, organized, and team-focused work environment.

Qualifications:
