We prepare fresh, wholesome meals with care, consistency, and high attention to quality. We are looking for someone who can manage a busy kitchen, support the team, maintain cleanliness, and make sure every meal is prepared and packed correctly. The ideal candidate is responsible, calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and proud of serving good food. This position plays an important role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly every day. Responsibilities Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food prep, cooking, packaging, cleaning, and closing duties. Supervise kitchen staff and make sure each team member understands their tasks. Maintain high standards for food quality, taste, portion size, and presentation. Follow recipes, prep sheets, production schedules, and company procedures. Make sure orders are prepared accurately and completed on time. Monitor inventory, ingredients, packaging supplies, and kitchen equipment. Communicate supply needs before items run low. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen at all times. Follow food safety, sanitation, labeling, and storage guidelines. Train new kitchen team members on kitchen procedures, cleanliness, safety, and quality standards. Help reduce food waste through proper planning, rotation, and storage. Communicate clearly with management, staff, and order/delivery teams. Handle busy production times professionally and efficiently. Qualifications Previous kitchen, restaurant, catering, meal prep, or food production experience required. Previous supervisory or kitchen lead experience preferred. Food Handler Card required; Food Manager Certification preferred. Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and temperature control. Ability to lead a team respectfully and effectively. Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies as needed, with or without reasonable accommodation. Benefits Supportive team environment.
