Restaurant Manager We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a motivated and efficient team Monitor inventory levels and control costs to maximize profitability Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities to attract new guests and retain existing ones Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food delivery Maintain accurate financial records, including cash handling, billing, and payrollSkills and Qualifications:
