We are looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team, inspire excellence, and help build a strong restaurant culture. This role works closely with the owners to oversee daily operations, develop the team, and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience. Responsibilities Lead daily restaurant operations Manage
FOH & BOH
teams Utilize POS systems for order processing, sales tracking, and cash handling with accuracy and integrity. Train, develop, and motivate staff through ongoing coaching, staff training programs, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team. Handle customer service issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction and build lasting relationships with patrons. Conduct shift management duties including scheduling, supervising kitchen and front-of-house teams, and ensuring operational efficiency during busy hours. Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost control strategies aligned with business goals. Inventory and ordering Labor and food cost management Work closely with the owner and chef Ensure food safety and cleanliness Help build a positive team culture Qualifications Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in hospitality or restaurant management roles. Familiarity with POS systems ; cash handling experience essential. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively while maintaining professionalism. Ability to manage inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis confidently. Experience in staff training & development along with interviewing skills for hiring top talent. Knowledge of Japanese cuisine or culinary experience in fine dining environments is a plus; hotel or banquet experience is advantageous. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during high-volume periods. Passion for hospitality management with a focus on team leadership and creating memorable guest experiences.
