Job Summary:
The Bar Manager is responsible for the guest experience. Primarily, he/she produces beverages according to Bacari recipes and standards while taking an active role in service. Qualifications:
Passionate approach to hospitality as well as food & beverage Highly competent in basic full-service restaurant practices as well as food, wine, beer, spirits, and craft cocktails Foundational service experience and/or a deep understanding and commitment to a high level of hospitality Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well in an environment with time constraints Ability to troubleshoot effectively Detail-oriented with good organizational skills, performing work accurately and efficiently Commitment to retaining information during the training process, including memorization of food/beverage offerings as well as restaurant standards and practices Knack for inspiring teammates to go above-and-beyond expectations Bar Lead•
Responsibilities:
Ensuring excellence in hospitality from the entire front-of-house team Thoroughly preparing for service, including cleanliness, stocking, organization, table setting, ambiance Enforcing all service and operational standards Leading and demonstrating proper opening and closing procedures Maintaining standards for safety and sanitation, including preparedness for routine health inspections Inspiring the bar & front-of-house team to perform above and beyond our expectations with a lead-by-example approach Managing the hiring and training of bar team ensuring to provide excellent service to patrons. Manage the business aspects of the bar, such as negotiating supplier contracts, taking inventory, reordering supplies, managing budgets, and setting goals. Manager checkout sheet, cash deposit, email and phone correspondences, and all other manager opening and closing responsibilities Inspiring the front-of-house team to perform above and beyond our expectations with a lead-by-example approach Facilitating reservation and event bookings Thinking creatively towards progress and improvement in restaurant operations, sales, cost control, and efficiency Maintain and be able to demonstrate complete knowledge of all food/beverage offerings, including seasonal specials Approach service with positivity and enthusiasm, including interactions with teammates, guests, vendors, and neighbors Execute restaurant standards of service as outlined in Server Training Handbook Demonstrate commitment to high standards of hospitality and providing an ideal guest experience Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area and all service areas Be willing to handle high volume with poise and grace, thriving under the pressure of a busy service Find solutions outside the standard scope of service to thrill our guests and, as needed, recover dissatisfied guests Consistently approach duties with a sense of urgency and meticulous attention to detail Perform secondary responsibilities, including cleaning tasks, stocking, and organization at the direction of team leaders Step outside the scope of responsibilities to assist team-members

TRANSPARENCY POLICY STATEMENT
Compensation for roles at Bacari varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific client, office or remote location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Nature's Brew provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Nature's Brew reasonably expects to pay for roles that may be hired in California or as set forth below.
