This is a rare opportunity to oversee a flagship hospitality operation recognized for elevated guest experiences, exceptional culinary execution, and large-scale private events. The ideal candidate is a dynamic hospitality leader who thrives in upscale, fast-paced environments and knows how to inspire teams while driving financial performance and operational excellence. This role requires a hands-on operator with strong front-of-house leadership, banquet/event expertise, and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences at the highest level.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Leading all front-of-house and banquet/event operations Driving exceptional guest satisfaction and service standards Building, coaching, and developing high-performing management and hourly teams Managing financial performance, labor, inventory, and operational costs Partnering with culinary and events teams to ensure flawless execution Creating a culture centered around hospitality, accountability, and teamwork Maintaining compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards Executing strategic initiatives that increase revenue and profitability

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of leadership experience in upscale, full-service restaurant operation Experience leading high-volume operations exceeding $15M annually Strong background in private dining, catering, banquets, or event operations Proven financial acumen and ability to drive profitability High-level leadership, communication, and team development skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Compensation & Benefits:
