Job Overview We're looking for an organized and proactive Office Manager/Restaurant Coordinator to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of our restaurant. This role combines administrative management with operational oversight, supporting both front-of-house and back-of-house functions. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills to keep everything running seamlessly. Responsibilities Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and appointment setting to ensure efficient daily operations. Oversee vendor relationships, including ordering supplies and managing contracts to support restaurant needs. Supervise administrative staff and team members, providing training and development opportunities. Handle bookkeeping, payroll processing, budgeting, and financial recordkeeping using software like QuickBooks or similar tools. Coordinate event planning for special occasions or promotional activities to enhance guest engagement. Maintain office organization through filing systems, record management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Manage front desk operations including multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and guest inquiries. Requirements Proven experience in office management or restaurant administration with supervisory responsibilities. Strong proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks, along with basic accounting and bookkeeping skills. Experience with human resources functions including payroll processing and staff training. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills for interacting with vendors, staff, and guests professionally. Knowledge of medical office management is a plus but not required; general office experience is essential. Familiarity with office technology including multi-line phone systems, calendar management tools, and filing systems.
