We're looking for a General Manager who is more than just an operator. If you love developing others, leading by example, and making a difference every day, this could be the opportunity for you. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop an exceptional team. Create an outstanding guest experience every day. Hire, train, and mentor employees. Review daily sales, labor, and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement. Manage inventory and place food and supply orders to ensure product quality while minimizing waste. Manage labor, food cost, scheduling, and profitability. Maintain exceptional standards for food quality, cleanliness, and organization. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Lead by example and jump in wherever the team needs you. Take ownership of the restaurant as if it were your own. What to Expect This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll be on your feet, leading by example, and working alongside your team during busy shifts. It's challenging work, but incredibly rewarding. This is a full-time salaried position. Typical hours are 45-55 hours per week. Because we're located in a busy mountain resort community, this role requires regular availability on weekends and holidays. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on your team, your guests, and the continued growth of Elixir. What We're Looking For A natural leader who enjoys helping others succeed. You understand that exceptional guest experiences start with a well-trained, accountable team. 3+ years of restaurant management experience, with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
