Job Description

Overview:
We're looking for a results-driven Store Manager to take full ownership of daily operations, including food, labor, and service execution. This role is responsible for driving performance, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring consistent product quality in line with Domino's expectations. Key Responsibilities (including, but not limited to): Manage and control food cost, labor cost, and service performance to meet or exceed company targets Ensure full compliance with Domino's operational standards, procedures, and product quality expectations Lead, train, and hold team members accountable to performance standards Drive service metrics including ADT, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction Maintain proper inventory levels, conduct regular counts, and minimize waste Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and cleanliness Enforce food safety, sanitation, and security protocols at all times Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age Must be available to work weekends (required) Previous restaurant or retail management experience preferred Strong leadership and accountability mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Solid understanding of P&L drivers (labor, food cost, service metrics)
What We Expect:
This is not a passive role. You are expected to take ownership, make decisions, and deliver results. Managers who succeed in this role run clean operations, control costs, and produce fast, consistent service.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate + performance-based incentives (based on experience and results)
Pay:
$21.00 - $22.00 per hour
