Assistant Area Manager

Overview Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Area Manager and play a vital role in overseeing operational excellence across multiple facilities and assist the Area Developer in sales and the Brand Manager with brand standards in the Greater Monterey area. This energetic position offers the opportunity to ensure high standards of janitorial services, and support the smooth running of commercial cleaning operations. Responsibilities Co-ordinate with local franchise owners to schedule site visits to ensure Brand Standards at client facilities Conduct quality inspections to uphold cleanliness, safety, and hygiene protocols in commercial accounts and facilities Support educational initiatives and certifications for franchisees, safety procedures, and customer service excellence Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effective usage and timely replenishment Collaborate with management and local franchise owners to implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction Identify and develop commercial cleaning prospects for janitorial contracts Establish dialogue with local janitorial firms and help identify franchise prospects Requirements Proven supervising or management experience within janitorial contract services, medical facilities cleaning, EVS at ambulatory surgery centers and hospitals, hotel housekeeping, or hospitality environments Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, janitorial practices, and EVS protocols Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment Experience in large commercial cleaning facilities, EVS, hotel housekeeping management is highly desirable Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and management seamlessly A proactive attitude with a focus on quality assurance and continuous improvement Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus This position is Salary plus commissions Join us to lead with energy and make a tangible difference in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments!
