WHAT YOU WILL DO
As the General Manager, you will: Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable daily performance. Drive top-tier guest service and a culture of hospitality through your leadership. Build, train, and develop a high-performing, guest-focused team. Manage labor, food costs, inventory, and profitability while upholding Jack in the Box brand standards. Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures. Leadership & Team Development Recruit, hire, train, and inspire a team that loves what they do. Provide regular coaching, feedback, and development opportunities. Manage scheduling, staffing needs, and performance reviews. Handle employee relations, performance management, and corrective action professionally and respectfully. Foster a positive, engaging workplace culture focused on accountability and growth.

YOUR EXPERIENCE 3-5
years of leadership experience (restaurant management preferred). High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus. Must be at least 18 years of age. Strong communication and leadership skills (Spanish is a plus). Comfortable using computers, reporting tools, and restaurant technology. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, speak, and hear. Frequent use of hands, keyboard, mouse, and restaurant equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. Fast-paced restaurant environment with occasional office work. Exposure to kitchen equipment, moving machinery, heat, and varying temperatures.
