We have miltiple locations in orange county, but this particular job is for the Newport Beach & Corona del Mar locations. Bar Manager We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar operations, keep tight inventory, create drink menus, overseeing staff, and ensure exceptional customer service, all alongside ownership. Manager will also run the floor as well as all day to day manager operations. Duties Supervise daily bar operations, including food and drink preparation, ensuring quality standards are met Manage inventory control & ordering supplies Train and develop bar staff on food handling on Toast POS Bartender schedules Monitor cleanliness and safety standards in the bar area, ensuring adherence to health regulations Analyze profit and loss reports to optimize sales strategies and manage budgets effectively Requirements Proven experience in managing fast-paced restaurant or bar environments Experience in liquor ordering, liquor inventory, costing out recipes and running a successful bar program Bar training and retraining staff Strong knowledge of Toast POS systems Demonstrated leadership in supervising hospitality teams with excellent managerial communication skills Join our management team at Avila's CDM & Newport!
