Job Description
Seeking a manager with 3 years high volume, full service restaurant experience. Salary based upon experience plus discretionary quarterly bonuses. Must be able to handle the pressures of simultaneously coordinating a wide range of activities and recommend appropriate solutions/responses to restaurant operations, staff and guests. Ability to motivate 90+ employees to work as a team to ensure that food and service meet our appropriate standards. Ability to manage, develop and train staff in a positive manner, effectively building team environments. Be able to ensure fair but firm accountability, maintaining and practicing an open door policy to all staff. Schedule, attend and be available for weekly manager, P&L and corporate meetings. Leadership ability, self-discipline, attendance, and positive impact are essential functions of the position. Must adhere to Company Policies and Procedure, as stated per the company Handbook, Safety and Illness Injury Prevention Programs. Ensure compliance with federal/state/local laws and ordinances. Valid Managers Serv Safe Certificate, Responsible Beverage Service, Sexual Harassment Certificate and Workplace Violence Training throughout the course of employment. Schedule consist of 50 hour work weeks, with the exception of increased business during the busy season and holidays. Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas.
