Your Qualifications:

Event and Catering Experience :

Bring 3+ years of hands-on planning and onsite execution of catered events.

Organizational Wizardry :

Thrive in fast-paced environments, juggle competing priorities, and deliver results with attention to detail.

Effective Communication :

Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, vendors, and team members and demonstrate strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Flexibility :

Available weekends and evenings as needed to execute events at venues across the Bay Area.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Experience Champion :

Work in partnership with our clients, serve as their primary point of contact, and demonstrate understanding of their needs to deliver exceptional event experiences.

Adept Event Planning :

Lead client meetings, offering expert guidance on menus, venues, staffing, and décor. Manage aspects of event planning from food and beverage selections to vendor relations to onsite execution.

Onsite Excellence :

Oversee event setup, service, and breakdown, orchestrating smooth execution while actively communicating with our staff, clients, and vendors in a clear and positive manner.

Continuous Improvement :
