Job Description
The team behind the beloved Venice steakhouse, American Beauty, opened a daytime scratch kitchen burger joint called The Win~Dow. This is not your typical burger! Our quality obsessed chefs grill our smash burgers with the same attention and skill as they do the prime cut steaks at American Beauty. The Win~Dow is adored by locals and chefs alike and has grown from a humble neighborhood stand to a cult-followed destination serving over 1 million burgers last year! We are seeking a passionate, experienced General Manager for our newest location in Orange. A qualified candidate will be a positive-minded and inspirational role model, hands-on, driven, and committed to upholding our hospitality standards. This leader must possess an owner's mentality, a strong level of financial acumen, and the ability to mentor and inspire a team. Our family of restaurants includes Superba Food + Bread, Superba Snacks + Coffee, Pitfire Artisan Pizza, and American Beauty. Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of previous GM experience in fast casual or quick service environment
- scratch kitchens strongly preferred and opening experience a plus!
- Have a coach mentality and a dedication to creating a positive environment and a productive team that adheres to our culture and standards
- Focus on the details including food quality, food safety and sanitation, service timing and accuracy, restaurant cleanliness, and staff morale
- Drive a culture of warmth, authenticity and hospitality for our guests and team
- Address problems proactively and be solution oriented
- Understand our technologies and care about accuracy
- (Toast, Rippling, Office, Ctuit, Hot Schedules)
- Understand and analyze the P&L and proactively course correct as needed
- Have an active ServSafe Management Food Safety Certificate
