Front of House Assistant Manager - Opening Team | Palm Springs Rise & Shine Hospitality Group is looking for hands-on Front of House Assistant Managers to join the opening team at our upcoming Palm Springs location! This hybrid position is ideal for a strong hospitality professional who enjoys working alongside the team while taking on leadership responsibilities. The Schedule Five days per week: Weekend availability is mandatory. Business Hours are 7am-3pm 3-4 days as a tipped Shift Lead , providing guest service while supporting the team and shift operations. 1-2 day2 as Manager on Duty (MOD) , overseeing the floor, coordinating service, and managing daily operations. What You'll Do Deliver warm, attentive service and lead by example. Support, coach, and hold team members accountable. Keep service organized and communication clear between the front and back of house. Resolve guest concerns with care and confidence. Support staffing, breaks, and labor goals. Help establish strong habits and a welcoming culture from opening day. What We're Looking For Previous restaurant experience, including serving and shift leadership. A calm, organized approach in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and an ownership mentality. A willingness to jump in wherever the team needs support.
