We are currently seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our team and help lead a space where every detail is designed for connection. Our culinary program features an inventive menu inspired by Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavors. Complementing the food is a world-class bar program focused on well crafted cocktails and a thoughtfully curated wine list. The Role As an Assistant General Manager, you are the heartbeat of the house. You will maintain our polished yet approachable atmosphere while working alongside a dedicated Front of House team. Who You Are A Hospitality Leader:
You possess a mature, charismatic personality and at least 3 years of experience in full-service bars or restaurants.
Menu Expert:
You have a genuine passion for Mediterranean-inspired cuisine and a "cocktail & spirits IQ" that allows you to confidently guide guests through our award winning bar program.
Polished & Professional:
You thrive in a "high-touch" environment, ensuring every guest feels like they are in a neighborhood hideaway.
Team Builder:
You believe in the "Bicos Hospitality" family values—making connections not just with guests, but with the local community. Additional Requirements Open and flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays. Food Handler & ABC Responsible Beverage Server (LEAD) certifications.
