```Duties``` Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations Maintain excellent cleanliness standards in all areas Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and quality for every shift Hire, train, supervise, and develop kitchen staff, fostering a strong and accountable team culture Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including scheduling, staffing, and recordkeeping Ensure high standards for food quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction Lead and maintain efficient food preparation and production processes Monitor and maintian proper inventory levels, manage ordering, control food cost, and waste Collaborate and communicate effectively with other managers to maintain exceptional overall operations ```Experience``` Minimum of 5 years of experience in a kitchen management role Strong working knowledge of restaurant and kitchen operations Proven experience managing food preparation, production, and kitchen teams Excellent leadership, communication, team building, and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Knowledge of hospitality and kitchen management best practices in the State of California We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package for this position.
